Obverse pic in particular is too blurred to see surface details clearly.

Agree, but based on the reverse photo I would be fairly confident it's MS. could be anywhere from 62-65 though. If I were buying it I would consider it to be a 63.

i just love assessing coins from blurry photos through a holder.

that said the 84(O) are typically soft to average in strike. I put this one on the softer side of that for the high points on the obverse are a little flat. based on the photos the luster appears to broken on the obverse. surface preservation is good with minimal marks and abrasions however they could be camouflaged by the lighting and holder. there is a nice rim hit on the reverse above STATES. the reverse could be in the MS64 area but the obverse is going to hold this one to MS63 imo

I like the toning on the obverse, luster looks better than I expected, too.

I think 63 is fair.

On the line between MS-63 and MS-64. I'll give it the benefit of the doubt and say MS-64.

I'll say 63 at best given that cheekbone scratch.

MS-64. The reverse pulls it up. Spot on with the price.

I'm sticking with my original MS-63 on this one, but close to a 64.
