Thanks, Thad!

Okay, so where do I start? I opened up another box today, and I couldn't have asked for a better follow-up to the WAM from the previous one.

I immediately spot a wheat-end roll and break it open first. A 1940. Nothing special, but nice nonetheless. I found 9 more common 40s and 50s wheats in that roll!

All the other rolls typically had 1 or 2 wheats each! Ended up with 58 wheat pennies from this box. My best ever by far. (Oldest was 1939)

Found my oldest Canadian thusfar: a 1958

But this last part is what really made my day...

THREE Red BU 1959D cents! I really wish I was able to post pics of them. Absolutely gorgeous. Each one at least MS65.

So in summary, it was arguably my best box ever. (1911 MPL box notwithstanding)

The 2010d Lincoln on the right is there for size comparison. I found this token/medallion/pendant? earlier tonight inside a brinks box.

After a quick google search, I learned that "TOPS" is short for "Taking Off Pounds Safely". It's from British Columbia, but there are chapters all over North America.

I plucked it from the roll, finished my bowl of ice cream...ate a few corn chips...and then grabbed my camera to take a photo.

Am I the first one here to find a "fat-camp" token?

My goodness! It looks like most of you guys went to photography school. The photos are terrific. I sell coins on ebay and I can't do half that good of a job. Especially like your 88-D BadThad. Any special lighting or technique you use?

Yes, a Home Depot special $25. It's a Hampton Bay desklamp with a Lights of America FML27 6500k bulb.
