Did 10 rolls last night. One LWC and one CC. Had some nicer copper and a few older zincs in good shape (these are getting harder and harder to pull). I guess this is the best one 1970-D LMC I think this is the reverse. I took a lot of shots of the reds playing with a setup. The pull

Well. Went to the bank this morning and got $20 worth. The first 5 rolls I pulled 4 wheats, 2 older S mints and I canandian cent. Hit a bad streak then pulled my oldest wheat yet, a 1918. I finished 20 of the rolls an i'll do the rest in a bit. may try to make a second bank run a bit.
Thats a nice look 70 timsumrall!

Me and the girlfriend went through a few more rolls this evening.
seems like she has better luck than I do. We went through 30 rolls with her total of 7 wheaties. Of course she found 6 of those. But oh well I'm glad she has a good time with it.
Call it beginners luck I guess. I have been pretty lucky lately.

It's a 1938-S. (I know that it looks like a 1928 in the obverse photo, but trust me...under the loupe, it's a 1938) It's the size of a dime. Makes me wonder how many 10-cent vending machines it's fooled over the years. My guess is that it was intentionally reduced in size for just such a purpose.

Koinkid: my wife is the lucky one too. I am the coin collector but recently she wanted to penny search with me. well she gets all the lucky ones. she found my oldest canadian penny, a 1941. and she also find more wheats than ever. she got 4 wheats in just one roll :/ I wanted to open that one :)
