Stopped by to see my very first boss at my first job...told him about my penny searching and he goes back in his room and comes out with his attempt at collecting years ago... a BU roll each of 68-S,69-S,70-s...5 rolls of wheats, two lincoln folders partially filled, a 21 silver dollar, two 40% half dollars...and says here, take em....then his wife goes back and comes out with a huge jug of pennies..over $60 worth....found an 1889 IHC laying on top...she said she does want face value for the pennies. So after my bank running out of $50 bags, I'm back in the game !

you guys have been getting some good finds lately. I have been getting 4-10 wheats per box recently, and basically all are 40's and 50's.

Nice finds folks, those wams just keep on falling. Maineman that was right nice of them to let you have that at face value.

me and my fiancee went through a few dollars of CWR last night. didnt find much except 2 wheats, what I beleive is a 1970d small date and a 1973 s mint.
not an exciting batch but it did come from only $12.

I try a new bank today ask for 2 boxes and the lady got into the safe and gave me 100 rolls = 50cwr +50 plastic rolls . I searched trough 25 from cwp and not a single whetie what made me think I just went to someones territory plus the person who dumped these coins did a good job because not a single ms so I ll jump to the plastic rolls now ! What a start !

It will make it look a bit nicer, but that's a ground coin for sure. There's no saving it, badly corroded.
