That batch of pennies that a friend gave me to search was down to the last 90 cents and I pulled out a beautiful 99 WAM,bad pics but I'll post on the grading forum later.WooHoo !! I live in san diego so I barely find any 99 philli mint cents in the first place, so the odds that it are a WAM are slim.
