Murrellington, I should have been more specific, I 2x2 all my finds that are in good uncirculated condition or scarce. From posts I have read it doesn't seem like too many people 2x2 Lincoln cents. Wasnt sure if the risk of deterioration was less with cents than that of silver coinage.

Searched through 4 boxes this weekend. Kinda bland. Unusually light on the wheats, except for this low grade 1910, all common dates.

Tattooed Lincoln?

This Lincoln is "sporting ink". Around his profile at least. Found this in a Brinks box roll.

I know , but I tried lol ! I was trying to proove that is possible to make a set of LWC from circulation but the answer is not ( btw the teiller at my dump found a 1922weakD the other day ). I almost completed a jeff nickel set , I got all the keys but stopped 7 months ago trying to boost up my lincoln roll search and on the end nada . I might go back for some nickel search and look for the 4 holes left , they are not that hard to find once you find the 50D,39,D,38D,S . I got all of them ! What was I thinking when I started ?!! LOL

In keeping up with the fashion style of the day, this 1984 Lincoln seems to be wearing an earring.

Have a few questions for what I'm finding in the $25 of customer rolled pennies.

1/4 of the way done, have found 10 wheats in one roll, 5 rolls of 60-70s, and a roll labeled "1960d sm for tade". Was there a 1960d small date? I think someone deposited an old-timer's collection. The roll paper is old and brittle and has had alot of wheats, coppers, and now this roll of all 1960d.

Yes there were 1960D small dates. Pretty common no premium. The 1960P small date is the one you want.

Do keep an eye out for the 1960D over D, large over small. Very desirable!

If those 1960D SD are BU then you should put them in a tube or something. They are not rare but still little more valuable than the 1960D LD. Nice find.

Compared them to the pic from link below and no matches...

They may have been when they were first rolled, but ther is no luster left, very brown now with great details...

Finished up with 21 wheats (1913 x2 being earliest), one dime, 1 barbados, 2 canadian, and the rest of rolls ended up being at least 75% copper. Maybe I'll go back tommorow and see how many customer rolls they have left...
