I just started a box of cents...and it's been great after the first two rolls! I have over 50% copper, a '76 Canadian penny, a 2009 LP4, and a couple streaky planchets! I'll be away from the desk for six hours this evening and I'll be itching the whole time to get back to it.
Oh, and a '51 wheatie!

scotty: I've finally filled up my 90-D and 91-D tubes with really nice BU's. Now I'm having problems with the 97-D's! Here's a funny story. On another forum a guy PM'd me about 3-4 months ago saying he thought he had 90-D and 91-D BU's for me. He said he had to search through his BU stash to pull them out. Well, about a week ago he PM'd me and said he hadn't found a single one yet! LOLOLOLOLOL

Well I know I won't be finding the elusive 09D LP3 and LP4 in the box I picked up today. It was inspected and sealed Jan 6, 2009. Now if only I could get a box that was inspected and sealed Jan 6, 1959!

Well I just finished separating the box I picked up today and they sure tricked me. It was a String & Son box, glued shut, stamped 1/6/09. Must have had the wrong date on that stamp since I found 32 2009s. I got 4 LD1 Ds, 7 LP2 Ps, 14 LP3 Ps and 7 LP4 Ps. Unfortunately I've still got 2 holes - LP3 D and LP4 D.
Also picked up 7 LWCs including a 1936, and a number of Canadians. I kept 5 George's ('43, '44, '46 and 2x'51) and two Elizabeth's ('53 and '60) to fill holes in that set.
Has anyone else noticed a large number of Canadians in the String boxes? My bank alternates between those and Brinks, and the String have 4X as many Canadians as the Brinks.
Thank You,
Matt

Just when I was getting rather tired of not finding any AM errors for the last several boxes came across another 1998 Wide AM today . This makes my third and probably grades at au 50. Now if I can only find an elusive 1999 and 2000 Wide AM with special emphasis on the 1999 and of course the 1992 and 1992 d narrow am! Sincerely, John Leckrone
