Hi everyone. I'm relatively new here and usually just hang out and read. I've learned a lot and look forward to learning more. I just had to share tonight's find. I'm sooo excited.

Nice! my oldest find is a 1912. On your coin, the L seems to be missing and the I is too tall. May be an error. Maybe you should post it in an error thread and see what they think.

Illegaltender, the L is very light but the I is normal size. My phone doesn't take great pictures and I had to have my son take them and send them to me. I'll see if he can get better pics. I will post it in the error thread however to see what they have to say. Thanks.

Rackster, I have an LG Extravert 2... I found this in a roll of pennies today... silver in a penny roll? Yeah, it happens! A 1950 Australian 6 pence coin - 50% silver!

John77, the '57 LMC is very nice. I found a '59D in similar condition a few weeks ago. The silver though, great find. Congrats!

Got a box today, it was pretty bad. 6 wheats, all '40s and '50s and 3 Canadians. At least 1 of them was a 1967 centennial, which was also the oldest of the Canadians I got.
