Not much in the last box 6 common wheats, 2 Canadian, 1 really nice 2009 with the white house I believe, and about 40% copper. I NO longer keep the copper. When I find common wheats I usually put them back for the next guy as I don't need them for my book.

gaman - you may want to put together rolls by date/mm. Otherwise, I think the next guy/gal appreciates your decision. Good luck on the hunt!

Right, its just not possible to chuck those lovely 1980's MS64+ shiners is it? As I grind my way through bricks it is a blast coming across a vintage 1980's zinc shiner. I have 2 rolls of 83D with no bubbles or coating pullaway, they have pinprick accaurcy and rosy in and out luster that captivates. I cleaned out my local dealers 1980's stock in bulk so I could study and learn the difference between MS 65 to MS 66. The difference from one to the other is phenomenal and from 66 to MS 67 mind boggling. I'm understanding why the MS 67 is such a big deal, their wow! factor cents. I love them all man even the 64's. Here is a tough one to find with no coating bubbles or ugly strike in MS, the 1987 D. Have you come across any? I havnt but I have found 12 total solid MS 66's: 1985,1986,and 1989 in circulation. Crazy but what a thrill. Its taken me about a quarter million cents to stop and smell the roses when I roll search, my first 100,000 I abused like an old dodge now I enjoy taking my time enjoying these sublime Lincoln zincs.

Out of approx 260,000 cents I have found 12 double die variety cents, 22 RPMs and 5 error cents. But the real thrill for me now is the approx. 1,800 MS reds I plucked. Keep busting them rolls man. Lets go for them MS68's !

Went through $25 in pennies and came away with 11 wheats and 7 Canadians. Best finds were a 1937d and a 1940 Canadian (King George VI).

I haven't posted in a while but I felt like with this find, it was necessary.

I found the 1952 last week and the IHP today. It's only my 4th IHP ever and this is the oldest and best condition. It wasn't a collection dump either, it was just in with a bunch of other cents in a CWR.

Very nice Liberty! Check that '52D for varieties.

CAM - The starter of this thread is a 'mad collector' of high grade CRH specimens. There are several of us who are working to put together rolls of high grade cents and it is very difficult to find older cents in MS grade in the wild. But appreciating them; that's what we do!

I did 10 rolls so far out of a fresh box and got this one. Back has flaws but this one stuck out nicely.

Despite the reverse, still a terrific catch! Any wheatback found today is worth noting.
