Quote: Today's box had 16 common LWCs from the 40s and 50s. The two best coins from the box were a 1983-S impaired proof and a shiny 1958-P. I don't find too many proof cents, so I'll take it. I think this is the fourth one I have ever found. Very nice!

Mscj that is one heck of an off center '89!
I just finished a $25 box of pennies and pulled 7 wheats out.
1940-P 1942-P 1944-S 1952-D 1953-D x2 1958-D
Canadians 1867-1967 Centennial 1971 1979 1981 1984
Along with a 2014-P WDDO-003 and a probable 1959-D RPM #9 on Coppercoins.

That 1989 off-center cent has to be worth several bucks or so! Any more off center and it may not be able to fit in a roll.

I recently looked through some pennies. I found a 1938 King George Canadian penny, some wheat pennies (including a 1927 Wheat penny), and some 2009's also. It was a great coin hunt!

First box I have searched in a few years. These are the Wheaties I pulled out (plus two more that I dropped on the floor and found after this picture was taken. Pretty sure it's the most I have ever found in one box.
