Crudely, it's an ABC 10 (as in Ancient British Coins book) More accurately, it's a Gallo-Belgic Bb, class 1c (courtesy of John Sills' excellent 'Gaulish and Early British Gold Coinage' book).
It was minted in Northern France. They're found in roughly equal numbers in the UK and France, presumbly making their way to the UK through cross-channel trade.
