Just received from the mint is this an erro, on the right side of the "B" in liberty the line? Whatever it is is reflective in light. any input is greatly appreciated

If you are talking about the small brown spot then my guess would be some foreign contamination or dirt.

Have you opened the capsule and used some compressed air to try and remove it?

That would be my next step.

It looks like it could be a small strike through. Something blocked the matte finish from being transferred to the coin and left a small smooth area. I don't think it something stuck to the coin because it has a mirror finish, as seen in the first image, but I don't know if it would add to or decrease the coins value.
