1960 D Over D Repunched Mint Mark?

The mint mark is to the east and south east two coins I have showing this r.p.m. The last photo is of a 1960 D no issues found

It looks like a RPM, but better pictures are needed. your photos are not clear enough to see what RPM it is, there is way too much white glare,did you take the pics with the coin still in the 2x2?

The fist picture is of coin one visible south east of plain and noticeable doubling on the 9, 6 , 0

second picture is both coins

Third pictures coin two

I looked at all the 113 varieties of the 1960 d rpm's and I dont see one that has stong doubling on the date as well as the mint being out of position so extreme.
