I was going through a jar of coins and pulled this 2018-D Voyageurs quarter. The reverse looks like a clad layer error to me, but my knowledge in this area is low. What do you think?

to CCF. Looks like a toning issue not a missing clad layer.

The color is all wrong for a missing clad. Looks more of a coin affected by sulfur. A missing clad would be a dark red.

Note on the reverse of your coin, the area on the top rim is showing worn off coating on your coin.
