I believe your coin is FS-103 and not FS-108 because IGWT has a wider spread on FS-108 than your coin shows. If you take a look at IN and TRUST you can see that difference the strongest. Again, amazing find!

The 003 looks like a flexed muscle. The 008 tail of the '2' is much larger.

I am jealous of your awesome first DDO find. I searched through probably close to a trillion( maybe not a trillion) pennies and have yet to find one of these.
Awesome.
I do agree on that it looks like FS-103 rather than FS-108. I see the difference in the 2. The 2 on the FS-108 shows a spread on the lower part. The FS-103 does not. It has the bump only.
