Hello all, I've been reading posts here for a while learning about error coins. I found this today and I'm hoping someone can help me identify the error type.

This community's been a great resource for learning about error coins, and I'm excited to finally join. Can't wait to hear what you guys think about my coin.

Edit: The area in question is a large backwards D shape that goes across the tip of the nose, chin, across O and D, and passing right under the bottom of L, I, and B. The back is normal.

I tried getting closer pics of the area, but my camera goes out of focus if I get any closer. Sorry about the rotation, optimized turned it and I wasn't sure if I should leave it like that.

The area in question looks like glue/stain on the coin. (Perhaps a cup holder coin or glue) The area higher up looks like grease/oil with grit that was struck on to the coin on that area. The two could be connect or separate events. Just can't tell from the image provided.
