Would that be on a commemorative coin for a 21 year old princess? I agree with TNG that it is Canadian in origin, but I don't believe it is a 1982 commemorative for Princess Diana. Considering the long history of the unit, I believe the "21" seen on the medal refers to the regiment's celebrated 21st Battalion. Possibly a challenge "coin" from the regiment Just my thoughts...
