1998 Double Die Obverse?

I found this penny while hunting and it seemed a little off to me, I think it might be double die obverse but I'm not sure as I'm very new to this. Also, file size is a bit ridiculous so I can't upload whole thing here, full photo is in google drive link

Congratulations on your first post!
I do not see any doubling on the coin in the photo you have. What you might be seeing is the light at the bottom of the S in TRUST. This is just lighting and not actual doubling.
In a doubled die you will see clear separation, extra thickness in the devices, or little separation lines. I don't see any on your coin. The bottom of the S might look like it has a tiny line, but thats just a combination of a hit and lighting. The tops of the letters are kinda fuzzy because of the die state and is not doubling.

I think its just a normal coin unfortunately. Keep looking and you should find one! Nice closeup of TRUST.
