Hi!
Finally, I decided to show you my favourite "error-coin". It's 5 zlotych from 1989 made in Aluminium and it has 2 errors. Take a look

Clipped planchet, I've seen many pre-1990 coin with this error, and.. hmm how would you call the second one?

That's very nice!
As to the edge shape opposite the clip, it may be due to the upsetting mill when the edge was produced on the coin.
Because of the clip, there wouldn't be enough pressure to create a raised edge on the opposite side, which may have produced this pointed shape--that's really interesting.
