Bought an obw roll of 55 s. lots of action on the reverse banner devices. Probably was something fairly regular because of all 50 pennies, 70% had some of this same type of error or die crack.
What do you all think?

Just a die break. Not the rim is present, so the outside of the die hasn't broken off yet.
