To me it looks like a piece of the tree branch and tree trunk (from reverse) coming out of Washington's chin. First thought die clash or is it just PMD? It lines up with area, on reverse, just behind the guy in boats head. Ok also have another question because I didn't even notice this till I was about to post the pics. On very last picture does anyone else see a silhouette or have I been looking at these coins to long lol? Report this Post to the Staff

I believe I see a lesser strike (hit) above the IB of Liberty.
