Very nice find!

Have you checked Wexler's site and compared die markers? The splits on EPU are similar to WDDR-007, see if you can match those markers: http://www.doubleddie.com/432422.html

Give your coin a soak in acetone - you may be able to get rid of that black substance on the reverse.
Nice find!

Nice doubled Initials! An acetone bath would do greatly

Around $4 if you can get that crud off of it without damaging the coin. Check ebay sold values for an idea on current value. I got my price guess from CCs' site.

I'm guessing the black bit can be taken off without damaging the coin, but will probably leave a stain there. With that, I should think this would go somewhere in the low twenty dollar range, as it is an uncommon, strong DDR.
