Just to throw it out there...top arrow might be a die chip or PMD...bottom arrow, looks right for a doubled eye-lid however it could be a stain or die flow...that's how I'm seeing it....Others?

When the doubling gets that high on the eye, often there is at least some bit of doubling over the 19 of the date or maybe on the Y of LIBERTY. Worth checking.

Wait hold up...is this the DDO-001?

I don't see much doubling on the date as you mentioned Bats. Maybe you guys will see something I don't.

Just an FYI, it is good policy to post a pic of the date/mm as one of the initial pics: That will often tell you [and others] if you have what you think you have.

I don't really see DDO-001, but that is some minor RPM.

I suppose I thought the lines underneath the I and the B in LIBERTY had something to do with it but now it just looks like staining.

Yep, it's a minor RPM. I'll label this as a possible unlisted DDO (in relation to the eyelid).
