1996 D Washington quarter Dollar with a dimple on the obverse that doesn't appear to be damage after minting due to it's proximity to IN GOD WE TRUST and no damage to IN GOD. I'm most likely wrong but wanted to run it by eyes that have more experience than I do since I don't even consider myself a novice at this!
