I'd just ask the seller. More then likely the writing was placed correctly for the picture instead of a 180 degree

You can figure that one out by comparing the staple positions obverse to reverse.

Actually the 1900 is the only one not rotated right?

No, if you flip the coins from from south to north, lady liberty will will be in the correct alignment. Flip the 1900 and lady liberty should be upside down.
