@901, these close-up pics are fine, but it is also nice to have an overall shot of the front and back to add perspective. I agree with @nick about the nice die chip, but don't think that you have a doubled die.

Ok yes the new pics definitely help. There are several stray circulation marks, such as on Jefferson's eyebrow. I'm not seeing any doubling, but others may have different input. The die chip is quite visible, which is nice although seemingly quite common. You should also check the inscriptions on the rev for additional die chips (maybe the S of CENTS?)

This is definitely a doubled die and a strong one too, congrats! It seems some people overlook extra thickness on the central devices. There aren't many but there are some known Jefferson nickel doubled dies with that kind of doubling. This one is currently unlisted but it is very similar to 2016-P WDDR-002. If you want to get it attributed, I'd recommend sending it to Brian Ribar. 2016-P WDDR-002: https://www2.briansvarietycoins.com...gs/view/1553

Quote: And that would be me. No worries! It really is a common oversight. Not the first time it's happened: http://goccf.com/t/350946&whichpage=2#3010859A lot of people really do miss this type of doubling. I'm sorry if that post read passive aggressive, that wasn't my intention!
