So I bought a 1921 Morgan once I received it I weighed it and checked the silver content, the weight was poot on but the silver content is 94%. Is this normal, being a 90%. Just seems a little over what I would see as normal

First of all, tell us how you checked the silver content. You also didn't mention what it weighed. Plus pictures of the coin would also help determine an answer for you.
