What do you see that makes you think it is worth more?
Also if you are asking for a value, please show a picture of both sides of the complete bill. Condition plays a big part in the value.

Okay, I see the two numbers in series and the next four as a palindrome. I don't know the answer, but I think your question is really whether people who collect currency consider that sort of thing to be special, right?
