Hm...you have a point with the 0s.

As John said, I'd like Coop's or Mike's opinion on it.

either way its getting stuck back & sent off with others. I plan on getting a steady flow of send & receive going depending on how fast turnaround is on getting your coins back I guess.

Sending to who? If you are sending these to a TPG like PCGS-NGC or ANACS,each coin needs a retail value of at least $150 after slabbing to justify all costs involved in having them slabbed or you are loosing money.

It sounds like jserti is sending off to get a confirmation as to whether they are varieties or not. (C C, V V, or D D)

BTW- I agree with John1 if submitting as a commercial enterprise (only to sell). But ANACS only costs about $20-$30 if sending an individual coin (almost half of which is shipping) and less per coin as the number in the submission goes up. My last multiple coin submission to ANACS, including variety attribution & postage & insurance, came in about $18.00 per coin. I find this amount acceptable for ones I'm adding to my collection and like the visibility of the variety provided by their slab. What gets me is when they or the others misattribute a coin that has been vetted here or other sites. If it doesn't have known markers, expect to be disappointed. (EDs examples come to mind).

im not doing any of this for me. I'm putting stuff back that has the possibility of gaining value in the future for future generations of my family so they may cash in during hard times or to go on vacation or wutever the reason. my old man use to tell me about all his old comic books & baseball cards he use to have but tossed them all out not knowing the value would end up skyrocketing on some of them. so I figure id put stuff back that fall into that possibility of gain bracket. its not gonna break me to put sum pennys back lol

Be sure to let us know how the submission turns out. If it is a DDO it would be a new one.
