Is there a few years in the 80s there really wasn't major dime errors or errors, and what where those years if you can tell me? I just got so many dimes to look through and this will help to cut through the search.

There can be errors on any coin. I don't understand the question. Unless you mean varieties?

Ya I meant varieties. Maybe I miss read some info on dimes. I look at all of them just have so many rolls. Got distracted by the quarters. If I can get to know some of the years that have very little errors I can fly through them.

Here is a link to the Variety vista home page.

(There may be other sites that attribute dimes as well.)

You can select a box for " Roosevelt dimes" or any other denomination.

The next page that comes up lets you choose DDO's, DDR's, or RPM's. When you click on one of those choices, any years with varieties will be highlighted and underlined. This should be helpful for you to weed out years with no Varieties.

ps. Your reply to Bobby used "errors" again when you meant varieties ... I think? Correct terminology can be a pain but it is helpful for everyone.

VarietyVista is a great place to check as is Coppercoins and Doubleddie but they all have a few or one that the others doesn't. I know VarietyVista has all the coins and the other two only (cents).
All I'm thinking is if you only check VV for what they've list you just might miss on something. I know what you mean about looking at dimes. I personally dislike searching them but I do . Sorry for my opinion

That was real helpful. Thanks y'all. @ Petespockets55 I dont computer much. Thank you for the info. Really good sight. @Rob0411 I like searching them, but I can only do a couple rolls and have to walk away. Hard to tell a MAD dime from a broadstruck. I dont nick pick for errors. I'm looking for ones more noticeable. I really dont like the new nickles, but I look. Thank again for the web page and opinions.

YW.
Don't do dimes much myself but from what I understand, broad-struck dimes won't have reeding since they were struck out of the collar.
