Can anybody help with this or does anyone have any info on this? I have a 1999 New Jersey Quarter that appears to have a possible grease cast and broken die maybe?

Thank you for the added photos. The coin looks odd to me,but not sure what is going on with it. My first thought was a Struck Through Grease. Then I thought early stage Dryer Coin.Lets see what others have to say.

If the diameter is the same as "fresh" quarter, then I would say Struck Through Grease and a keeper for sure.
