Looks like die striations on obverse and some chatter on face and jacket . Reverse looks like a gouge near left wheat stalk . MS- 62RD .

If the left wheat stalk is a foreign substance or something that can be removed, then I'm at 66+RD. The die polishing lines shouldn't affect the grade(I actually find them attractive on this coin), and most of the chatter looks to be pre-strike planchet flaws.

I'll say MS-64RD, good shot at 65RD.

shoulder, lapel, jaw, discoloration spots on fields a fairly prominent abrasion on the left wheat stock. just too many marks, scratches and surface issues imo to go higher than MS63RD

On a second look I was definitely too generous with a 66, let alone a plus, but I'm still really not seeing much of anything that should keep it from 65

Reverse left wheat stalk--perhaps a smallish strike-through? (Very) tiny die chip on T in CENT? Hint of die crack near base of right wheat stalk--running to the rim.
MS65 for me.
