Was given the 1888 S Morgan silver dollar with a serious rotational issue, not only that but it is a counterfeit that weighs 22.76 gms. Too bad it isn't the real McCoy!
There isn't any sign at all of even a tiny sign of radial mint luster, or any sign of hairlines or minor dings, which one would expect to find in a Morgan of this grade. Very faint definition of the jaw line with the field.
Have a very close look at the edge for removal of the injection point casting sprue.
