Is there a premium on coins where the mintmark is out of place? This one is touching the 9.

Since mint marks were punched into the die by hand back then, they can be all over the place. This is an extreme for sure, but I doubt it carries much value.

Mint marks were hand punched to each working die until 1990,so placement will vary. Your is within mint tolerance.

For me, this one is worth a 2x2. I know we say that there is only a premium if it is touching the date, but man that mm is really close.
