I suspect the first coin has been cleaned.

Please show us full images of both sides of each coin.

The upper one has been horribly cleaned, the lower one is the natural color of old copper that has reacted with the environment.

Copper coins take on many different colors and hues according to its environment . Some will have nice eye appeal , some will have crappy appeal .
