Possible 1909 VDB Proof-Opinions Needed

Do I have a proof? Hard to make out die scratches off nose but I believe they are there. Hard to get a good shot of rim but its flat. Report this Post to the Staff

The detail on the front vest is lacking (when compared to a proof coin) and the interior part of the rim by LIBERTY is incomplete and weak.
