I have the 2017 Iowa effigy mounds quarter with their missing back leg in the bird headless also I circled in red the other error on coin don't know what to call it so any advice on what to call the error also is this pulling valuable and what steps do I need to take to make it more valuable or get it certified is it worth doing that? look at pictures and any questions you have are welcome. Is this a good find?

Could be a fairly major strike through error, but we'll have to see a pic of the other side to make sure it's not some kind of post-mint damage.
