The marks are all incuse even though there is some negative lighting. Found on both Obverse and Reverse several objects have an "M" shape.

Looks like PMD based on the fact that the metal piled upwards.

Probably a hit of some sort.

Pushed the metal forward on the other side of the coin.

Thanks for responding, I agree this appears like PMD but I am not seeing any Pushed, Plowed, or Piled metal indicating it as such. I don't see the zinc core exposed on these marks either.

It is most unusual. But the indent seems to be very very small. So something made a slight, and very careful impact that allowed no metal to be pushed aside, and allowed there to be a rising of metal on the other side.

However, it is still most likely PMD, no matter the uniqueness of it.
