Hie guys this kennedy has lines going around it through the year and liberty word. Also I can see like a bulge around his face.

Looks like some sort of counting or vending machine damage. Sharper pics would help.

Im having a little trouble uploading pictures since its 300kb or less, any advice on how to get sharper pics

Sharpness is in your camera focus, not size of your image.

I agree with frog... it appears to be damage (post mint) from a mechanical counting/sorting or rolling machine.
