On the reverse, east of the E and east of Abe's war, those swirly lines appear to be threads of fabric, is this an error at the mint or is it something completely different?

Can you explain your title a bit more? I'm having a had time understanding what you're trying to say you think is an error.

Around the Reverse, the N of Coin has to its right a swirl of a line that looks like fabric fiber and to the right of Abe's ear on the reverse there is another swirl suggestive of a piece of fabric thread
Because it's in the coin and not on it. So is this a strike through cloth coins?

You mean to the right of the E in ONE? And they do look similar to a fine thread but can't say for sure. Maybe could use a close up of the two areas?
