1945 Wheat penny with possible error. Looks like a 7 in place of the T in United. Need help to identify if it is please. Any feed back will be much appreciated.

What you are describing cannot happen during the striking of the coin.
As That coin dude stated, it has probably taken a hit pushing the post of the T sideways giving it the appearance of a 7
