As stated, your pictures are out of focus but from what I can see, it is Machine Doubling, not a Doubled Die.
In able to help you, clear pictures are required where we can see the details of the coin. Also get in the habit of supplying a full picture of both sides of the coin along with a closeup of the area of concern.
