A piece of paper exonumia for your consideration, width roughly corresponding to that of modern U.S. currency. I've never seen one of these before, although I'm not supposing they're particularly scarce.

A friend of mine has suggested that this artifact might be associated with the South Vietnamese government's Chieu Hoi ("Open Arms") program, to facilitate defections from the Viet Cong.

These (or copies of these) were all over the market back in the late 60's to the mid 70's
