This appears to be a regular Constantinople Constans II Follis, but I am having trouble identifying a specific SB # for it because of the weird marks at reverse bottom. Any help with this would be most appreciated. It weighs 3.91g
I agree with the previous comment. The squarish shape is the result of the coins being struck on pieces cut from earlier larger coins. The odd elements at lower reverse could be either an undertype, a double strike or errors in an unofficial die.
