None were officially sold. https://www.PCGS.com/news/1964-spec...nt-set-coins They did make 2,648,575,000 (2.6 billion) cents at the Philadelphia mint which had no mint mark. And another 3,950,762 Proof 1964 cents were minted ( without a mint mark).
