I can't say what to expect. They get to see it in hand.
I'd give it VG10 Value wise the repunched N makes up for the rim dings and ugly black mark.
"Dipping" is not considered cleaning... -from PCGS website

I would grade it VG10 but I you might get lucky and get F12 on it. Reverse is nicer that the obverse for sure.

I'm at VG10/F12 - decent detail in the crown and some detail in the hair. Likely cleaned? I feel like I see some hairlines - at the very least it has that sort of raw, rubbed look that silver coins get....
