2015 P Louisiana Quarter With A Major Error Or ?

noncents420 New Member United States 15 Posts	Posted 01/09/2021 01:04 am I just found this in my pocket change and it freaked me out when I looked at it. There are I guess bubbles on the back of his head on the obverse and on the reverse on the opposite side of the coin there are more on the left side of the quarter in the picture.
