2015 P Louisiana Quarter With A Major Error Or ?

I just found this in my pocket change and it freaked me out when I looked at it. There are I guess bubbles on the back of his head on the obverse and on the reverse on the opposite side of the coin there are more on the left side of the quarter in the picture. What is this kind of error called?

Yes @non, this quarter has been damaged by heat. We sometimes call them campfire coins.
