I haven't seen anything like this online anywhere but maybe I am looking in the wrong place.
I have included a picture of a normal eye from a different dime for comparison.

Can anyone please help me identify this anomaly?

In the past year of collecting I have found only 2 others that are very similar but are not the same year and only on Dimes.
As far as I can tell no other denomination has been effected with anything like it.

The first photo is my coin and the second is a normal dime.

Has anyone else ever noticed something like this before?

I don't think the photo you used as a comparison is from the same year, it looks like a newer dime.

Slight differences like these are probably due to design variations. Every once in a while the mint will make new master hubs that may have a number of small differences compared to the previous hub used.

Okay, thanks everyone. I am on the east coast so I don't get many denver coins. I looked through mine and couldn't find another.
