Technically a Cud is on the edge of the coin: Pretty much the same thing but yours is in the middle Estimated value: on ebay the sky is the limit. Depends on how you market it. If I remember correctly the IDB need to be 4 sq. mm (2mmx2mm) For a quick reference, the Memorial cent columns on the building are 1mm apart. Words of encouragement are one of the major food groups.
