Low Mintage 32,000 per my records.
Anyone know the value?

Very nice coin, but not rare according to Krause. Mintage 2.763.000, price in UNC: $ 0,50.
Also this coin comes in proof condition, mintage 132 000, price $ 1. I suppose this is where you got your 32 000 from. Which one is right I couldn't say, I know nothing of these besides what I can read in Krause.

My Krause only shows full proof sets, not individual coins. Sorry I can't help.

Numismaster says 132,000 too. That's not exceedingly rare for a country with a population roughly equal to that of New York city.

I've noticed you have a lot of slabbed world coins. Do you send them off yourself or buy them that way?

Thanks. I buy both raw (carefully) and slabbed for more expensive coins. This one is on its way of being sold along with others I am offloading.
